Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Email us right away with your order number. We can make changes only before production starts, which happens soon after you order.

Yes, to many countries. Available countries are shown at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply when your package arrives.

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify and trusted payment processors over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.

Each game unlocks while its music video is playing. Press play on the video next to the game. If you pause the video, the game pauses and locks again. If the video won't load, refresh the page or check that YouTube isn't blocked on your network.

When a run ends, a box appears asking for a display name. Type a name (up to 15 characters) and press Submit. Everyone sees the same Top 10 for each game, and each name keeps only its best score.

Names can use letters, numbers, spaces and _ - . ! ? '. Slurs, profanity, and insults or negativity aimed at Reaper Man or his music aren't allowed. Please don't use your real name or personal details.

To stop spam, scores can be sent once every 10 seconds and up to 30 times an hour. Wait a moment and try again.

Email contact@reaperman.com with the game, the name and the score, and we'll remove it.
