Reaper Man does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. That means we never trade your information for money or anything else, and we don't use it to show you targeted ads across other websites.
What This Means for You
Some privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other states, give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Because we don't sell or share it, you're already opted out. No action is needed.
We only give information to service providers that help us run the Site and fill orders, such as Shopify and its payment processors, our print and fulfillment partners, Cloudflare, which runs the arcade leaderboards, and Neocities, which hosts the Site. They may use it only to provide those services to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.

Please include "Privacy Request" in the subject line and tell us what you're asking for. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on access, correction or deletion requests, for example by matching details from your order. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
Future Changes
If we ever start using information in a way that counts as "selling" or "sharing", for example through advertising tools, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy first and give you a way to opt out. This includes any future change for our upcoming skateboard brand.
